Early bird rates apply to all registrations received and paid by 1 March 2024. Registrations may not be shared, all delegates require an individual registration.
All rates listed are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Discounts are available for organisations who wish to register 10 or more staff, please email email@example.com for details.

Presenter registration rates are offered to those attendees who have had their abstract accepted into the main conference program. Information regarding these rates will be sent to presenters directly.
Registrations may be paid via VISA / Mastercard at time of registration, or via direct deposit / invoice.
A Purchase Order MUST be provided at the time of registration for those wishing to pay on invoice.
Social Event Tickets
Tickets for the welcome reception and / or dinner may be purchased by those on day registrations, or those wanting to bring a partner / accompanying person to these events.

Cancellation and Booking Conditions
Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be in writing to the conference organiser.Conference Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the conference receive a full refund of the registration cost less $50.00 handling fee. Conference registration cancellations received between 29 and 14 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund of the registration cost. No refund will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference (full payment will be required).
Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Once registration is received, a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. Any accounts must be paid in full 14 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made. Non payment does not cancel contractual obligations.
